Home Owners Association Landscape Management
TurfTec has developed a specialization in landscape management for home owners associations (HOAs). We manage a number of communities in the Aiken area, including a number of subdivisions in Woodside Plantation.
From maintenance of common areas to comprehensive programs including fertilization and plant care, we can provide a landscape management plan that fits your HOA’s budget and meets homeowners’ expectations. We understand that landscape maintenance is often the largest expenditure for an HOA’s budget. Commercial Landscape Management

Landscape Maintenance Basics
Below are some of the landscape maintenance basics that are a part of all our landscape maintenance services:
Mowing
During the growing season, mowing is executed weekly or bi-weekly, depending on client’s preference and budget. With a variety of mowers, including commercial-grade push mowers to large-deck, zero-turn riding mowers, TurfTec manicures lawns for a clean and neat appearance.
Edging
Edging is necessary to maintain clean, defined edges along bed edges, curbs & hardscapes. For those properties that do not have a clearly defined bed edges, TurfTec is able to utilize a bed-edge redefining tool.
Bed Detail
Undesirable plants in beds can be a huge eye-sore. Weeds are either pulled or sprayed with a non-selective herbicide as needed.
Leaf & Debris Removal
During each service the property or grounds will be blown down. Leaf debris and other plant material are blown out of beds and walkways. Landscape debris is cleaned up and removed from property.
Pruning
Performed as recommended or as requested by the client. We offer options to suit each client’s needs.
